The following image is that of CALCITES from Guiyang, Hunan, Prov., China.
A clear, representative fluorescent image of these specimens has eluded me to this point, but this image is the best I have been able to come up with. From the regular light images you can see sharp, clear Calcite crystals that have yellow, linear and geometric inclusions. These are themselves interesting, but under SW, these inclusions fluoresce red. The blue colors in the below image are from reflections of the SW light itself and are not part of the specimen. All of the specimens below have been chosen for their distinct inclusions and their medium red fluorescing quality.
